Russian-born designer Madina Vadache premiered her Spring 2011 collection of fashions at the Vilcek Foundation Gallery during Fall Fashion Week 2010. Featuring 19 meticulously executed designs, including a never-before-seen bridal gown, the exhibit showcased Ms. Vadache’s artistic vision and its tangible expression. Her design sense has been described as a “fascinating and flawless intersection of modern art, architecture, and fashion.”
Ms. Vadache was born in Dagestan, Russia, and trained at the Academy of Fine Art in the Republic of Georgia; she now lives and works in New York City and Seattle.
