About the Object

Photograph of a portion of a grain elevator in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Crawford also photographed and painted grain elevators in Buffalo, New York, and New Orleans, Louisiana.

Additional Information

In 1949, Crawford was a visiting instructor at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. An exhibition of his work was on view at the University of Minnesota Art Gallery from April 28-May 20, 1949.
