Marjorie Fuchs

Head of Communications

As the Vilcek Foundation’s head of communications, Marjorie (Margie) Fuchs leads all public communications about the foundation, including its prizes, grantmaking, programs, and art collection. A cultural communications strategist, she brings nearly a decade of professional agency and nonprofit experience developing innovative, cross-channel communications and marketing campaigns for clients across the international arts and cultural world.

Prior to joining the Vilcek Foundation, Fuchs served as the inaugural director of marketing and digital engagement at World Monuments Fund (WMF), the leading independent organization dedicated to safeguarding cultural heritage. She began her career developing public service advertising at The Ad Council in Washington, D.C. Fuchs holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Georgetown University and a Master of Science in Gender, Media, and Culture from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
